101 Service and Maintenance package Within
this package we address all the known factors that contribute to a
faulty and retarted work environment, with regards to its information
technology. The first step of our 101 maintenance plan involves the assessment of your network, which allows our staff to formulate proposals with regards to what is required by your organisation. After the initial assessment and implementation of various solutions, which both employer and assessor have come to agree on, our 101 plan is introduced. The package includes scheduled hardware maintenance which would be completed, as per agreement, for replacements or upgrades. Sporadic proposals of the latest technologies available to replace old solutions to current problems, ensuring that your organisation stays ahead of the "pack". Tab I.T Solutions also regularly checks the workflow methods used by the organisation eg. who needs access to certain resouces, is the location of devices a geographical advantage to employees.For your day-to-day problems, whether it be that you cannot open a certain document to having problems with your server, contact our helpdesk to log your call, to have a technician see to the problem. Our technicians will assess the problem and solve it telephonically/ remotely or do a callout to your offices, respectively. It is a firm belief of ours to never allow room for a problem to occur. This has a direct effect upon the problems faced in the future. Unfortunately, there are parts that cannot be calculated, but the ones that we can, saves our clients a minimal amout of downtime and allow for a favourable business enviroment. |
