Our open source, software based, PBX is the perfect call center solution for small to medium sized companies, but can be configured to manage larger organisations. The obvious flexability of the software accommodates small systems with only a few analog lines and extensions to larger installs with multiple T1/E1 connections and hundreds of extensions and provides all the features of its hardware counterpart.

In todays connected world, sharing resources is essential to the success of any IT strategy. Many small businesses still rely on a "psuedo-server" i.e a designated workstation running Windows XP Pro/200, to share essential documents and equipment. Initially this cheap alternative works well, but as the business grows mysterious problems start occuring. Files become corrupted, workstations loose connection to the network - in short it becomes very frustrating to use your computers.
Usually this is due to inexperienced IT contractors not taking into consideration the 10 connection limit built into Windows XP. With the high cost of Windows Server licenses and shrinking IT budgets, many companies simply leave the operation of their computers to chance, settling for a patch-job just to get on with their business.
